Son of former Norwich
player Billy Steele, Aaron Steele played for Norwich schoolboys
whilst a student at the Hewitt School with whom he won the USA
Cup. He moved out to Canada in October 2001 and after a short
spell with the Hamilton Thunder in the Canadian Professional Soccer
League, he joined the Toronto Lynx in the A-League. Father Billy
is Assistant Manager at the Lynx and former Canary Louis
Blois played there during the 2003/4 season.
Aaron joined the Oakville Blue Devils in the Canadian Soccer
League helping them win the Rogers Cup before returning to the
Toronto Lynx who now play in the USL Premier Development League.
