Defender Ethan Vaughan played for Norwich City's Under-18s during the 2017/18 season, making his debut against Aston Villa in a 2-1 defeat on 3rd February 2018. He was previously at Huddersfield.
On 30th June 2018, it was announced that he had signed a contract to be an Academy Scholar, playing for the Under-18s.
In September 2019, he was called up by Wales Under-19s for a tournament in Denmark.He made his debut against Norway in a 2-2 draw on 9th September.
On 16th July it was announced that Ethan had signed a professional contract until the end of the 2020/21 season.
He was one of seven players released by the Canaries on 27th May 2021
At the start of August 2021 Ethan signed a one year contract with Burnley where his brother Rohan is in the academy. After a loan spell with Farsley Celtic, he moved to Guiseley in the summer of 2022 before joining Markse United of the Northern Premier League on 11th November 2022.
He moved to Bootle on 12th August 2023. He was loaned to their Northern Premier League rivals Bradford Park Avenue on 1st January 2024.
