A graduate of Personal Best Soccer, which he joined in 2008,
Tom signed for Norwich City's Academy in 2009. He was voted the
Players Player of the year at the end of the 2009/10 season. He
played for Norwich's Under-18s on 7th May 2013 against Newcastle
He was part of Norwich's Under-16 squad for the 2013/14 season.
Tom signed on as an
Academy Scholar with Norwich on 8th July 2014 and will
be part of the Under-18s side in 2014/15.
On 3rd May 2016, Norwich announrced that they would not be offering Tom a professional contract and that he would leave the club in June. He moved out to Gibraltar to sign for Second Division champions Europa Point managed by former Norwich youngster George Jermy.
He then returned to Norfolk to sign for Dereham Town.
On 1st January 2019 he signed for Australian side Melville United.
