19 year old Crawley midfielder Aaron Wickham played on trial for Norwich's Under-21 development squad in a 2-1 defeat to Newcastle on 29th April 2013.

He began his career at Peterborough playing for their youth team. He had loan spells at Soham Town Rangers and Bishops Stortford before joining Crawley in 2011/12

He had spent some of the 2011/12 season on loan to Hayes & Yeading and was loaned to Lewes. Metropolitan Police and Braintree during 2012/13. After a trial and a short spell with Aldershot, he joined Hampton & Richmond Borough at the end of November 2013.

He later played for Grays Athletic before joining Walton Casuals in February 2015.
