Biography

According to his entry on footballcv.com. Laurence York is a 15 year old (in 2004) Central Midfielder from Norwich who was a member of the Norwich City Player Development Centre. He was also captain of the Norfolk Schools County Squad (U14's U15's and U16's), and led them on two European tours and was the Under 16s South and East of England Champions in 2004. He toured Holland with both Norwich City and the County Squad. He has also trialed at Ipswich Town, Cambridge City, Colchester United and Norwich City Academies.

He was at the Easton College Football Program - Player Development Centre. He spent 2004/5 at Great Yarmouth Town where he achieved the record of being the youngest player in their history to play for the 1st team.

In 2005, he went to Western Australia and played with Cockburn City FC and Perth City FC - both of whom offered semi pro contracts but he decided he would
return to Easton College Player Development Centre to complete his education.

He currently works for Norwich City's Community Sport Foundation
