In the Premiership, Dean Ashton scored his third goal for West Ham as they drew 2-2 with Everton.
In the Championship, Kevin Lisbie netted his first goal for Derby since joining the Rams on loan from Charlton. Derby drew 2-2 at Watford. Leon McKenzie and Jonatan Johansson scored Norwich's goals in a 2-1 home win over Stoke - the latter coming in the 89th minute. Dan Shittu and Ivar Ingimarsson were named in The League Paper's Championship team of the week
In League One and League Two, the only goal scored by any ex-Canary was by Adam Tann as Orient drew 3-3 at Shrewsbury. Tann was named in the League Two team of the week by The League Paper
In the Conference, Jamie Slabber scored twice as Grays thrashed Tamsworth 5-0.
