the Premiership, Craig Bellamy took
his tally for the season to 15 with two goals against Middlesbrough in a
game Blackburn won 3-2. In the Championship, David Healy scored a late peenalty to give Leeds the share of the points at Coventry. Leon McKenzie and Rob Earnshaw scored as Norwich beat Sheffield United 2-1 In League One, there were no goals by former Canaries but in League Two, Danny Crow scored Peterborough's first as they drew 2-2 at home to Barnet. Drewe Broughton scored the only goal of the game as Rushden & Diamonds beat Leyton Orient 1-0. In the FA Trophy semi-final, Jamie Slabber's first half strike was not enough for Grays as they lost 2-1 to Exeter. On Monday night, Dean Ashton scored twice as West Hame reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup beating Manchester City 2-1. The following night, Peter Crouch followed suit scoring twice as Liverpool won 7-0 at Steve Bruce's Birmingham |
