goals for former Canaries today. In the FA Cup, David Bentley opened the scoring for Blackburn at Upton Park but the home team responded with four goals; Bobby Zamora scoring West Ham's fourth. Scott Parker got his first goal for Newcastle as they laboured to an unconvincing 2-0 win at Cheltenham. In the only game in the Championship, Matthew Spring scored twice as Watford beat Crewe 4-1. In League One, no former Canaries scored but in League Two, Danny Crow scored Peterborough's winner in a 2-1 victory at Grimsby. In the Conference, Mark Jackson opened the scoring for Kidderminster as they won 4-1 at Southport. in the Ridgeons Eastern League, player-manager Damien Hilton scored for Wroxham as they beat Harwich 3-0 whilst James Bulman was on target for Norwich United as they lost 3-2 to Wisbech. |
