The Pink Un reports that Manchester United youngster Lee Roche might be a summer target for Nigel Worthington who is seeking cover across his back four. The 22 year old Bolton-born defender has just been released by the Old Trafford side and has made 3 senior appearances including the Champions League game against Deportivo. He spent the 200/01 season on loan to Wrexham.

The Non-League Paper suggests that Norwich and QPR will be watching Barnet striker Junior Agogo as he turns out for England's semi-professional side in the Four Nations Tournament against Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

Following Claus Jorgensen's contract expiry at Bradford, media reports have linked the Danish midfielder with a move to Norwich or Burnley

These include Bradford midfielder Claus Jorgensen (see above), Neil Shipperley, Leigh Bromby (Sheffield Wednesday), Kevin Kilbane (Sunderland), Jason Wilcox (Leeds' former England international), Leon McKenzie (see below), Darren Eadie, David Batty (another Leeds and England midfielder) and Shaun Goater (Man City's proven goalscorer)

Rumours from Norfolk suggest that Aston Villa duo Mark Kinsella and Ian Taylor are heading to Carrow Road as Nigel Worthington seeks a new midfielder and captain. Worthington has also expressed his desire for a 20goals a season striker and Peterborough's Leon McKenzie is said to have been approached

On Transfer Deadline day, Norwich hoped to bring in another striker to cover for David Healy and Paul McVeigh who were away on international duty. They approached a Premiership side but were rebuffed. The Pink Un speculated as to the identity of that player and suggested Marcus Stewart (Sunderland), Carl Cort (Newcastle), Jon Macken (Manchester City), Barry Hayles (Fulham), Carlton Cole (Chelsea), Alan Boskic, Marian Pahars (Southampton), Paolo Di Canio (West Ham)

According to the Non-League Paper, Norwich and Nottingham Forest have both watched Deeping Rangers' youngster Carl Griffiths. The 16 year old made his first team debut earlier in the season and could be as successful as former Deeping player Malcolm Christie.
