Kori is a member of the successful 1996/97 youth team that generated
professional contracts for eleven of the second year trainnees.
Born in Wegburg, Germany, Kori's home is in Cornwall. He failed
to break into the first team and was loaned to King's Lynn during
the latter half of the 1997/98 season with the expectation that
the move will become permanent. He was released by the Canaries
in May 1998.
Dag T. Hoelseth of the Scandinavian Canaries supporters club told
me that Kori had joined non-league side Hayes. However he has
since been released by them and has joined fellow Football Conference
side Farnborough Town on trial. However the King's Lynn website
pointed me in the direction of Yeading (Rymans League) whose website
claimed that Kori joined them in October 1998.
In September 1999, it was reported that Kori was having a trial
with Third Division side Halifax. Although assigned squad number
24, Kori was released after three months. He has since joined
non-league side Ilkeston Town. His stay in Derbyshire was short-lived
and Kori joined Spalding United at the beginning of November 1999.
In December 1999, Kori and Joe Green
joined Jewson League side Soham Town Rangers and scored in their
defeat of Fakenham.
By Christmas 2002, Kori was playing for the Metropolitan Police
in the Ryman League.
Kori stayed with the Police until the end of June 2006 when he
quit as he felt work and travel commitments were not allowing
him the time and effort to commit himself at this level
