Biography

Tom Meredith was in Norwich's Under 14 schoolboy team that won the Northern Ireland Milk Cup in 1992. Other members of this team included Tom Ramasut, Damian Hilton and Jamie Shore. Tom later joined Peterborough and made two appearances for them before being released.

Moving into non-league football, he spent time at Hendon, Stevenage Borugh and Enfield before returning to East Anglia when he joined Eastern Counties League side Bury Town at the start of the 1997/98 season. He later transferred to Rymans Leaguers St Albans City for whom he made 94 appearances scoring four goals before leaving in May 2000. The Rymans League website reported on 13th December 1999 that Tom had joined Boreham Wood on a temporary arrangement and he scored once in six appearances. In September 2001, Tom transfered to Hemel Hempstead Town.
