Tom Reeves followed Kieran Scott from Norwich to Middlesbrough in August 2023 as First Team Senior Scout. He had been First Team Senior Scout / Positional Lead Scout at Norwich since September 2017. Prior to that he worked for Burnley (Grassroots Scout), Manchester United (Grassroots Scout) and Burnley again (Head of Pre Academy and Foundation Phase Recruitment).
