Glen Riddersholm was appointed as Assistant Head Coach to fellow Dane Johannes Hoff Thorup at Norwich on 30th May 2024.
Glen began as a youth team coach at Ikast in his native Denmark in 1995. The club merged with Herning Fremad in 1999 to form FC Midtjylland. He coached the youth teams at FC Midtjylland until 2006 when he became manager of the Denmark Under-17 National Team. After two years he returned to FC Midtjylland to be their Assistant Manager. In 2011 he became their manager, a role he kept until 2015 when he led them to their first Danish league title. On 6th December 2015 he became manager of AGF but was sacked in September 2017. In October 2018 he was named Director of Sport at Vendsyssel FF. Two months later he became manager of SønderjyskE in the Danish SuperLiga. Despite winning the Danish Cup, he left in May 2021 when the club's owners decided upon a change of management.
In November 2021 he became Assistant Manager at Belgian side Genk. This ended in June 2022 and two months later he became manager of Swedish side IFK Norrkoping. He left by mutual consent in November 2023.
