Right-back Jordan Thomas joined Norwich in mid-January 2018 after leaving Huddersfield. The starlet made his debut for the Canaries’ Under-23 side in a 1-0 victory over Bournemouth
Previously on the books at Charlton until U14 level where he played alongside Jaden Brissett-Thompson, Thomas had trials at Millwall and Leicester before starting with Huddersfield at U16 level – so is well known to City’s academy manager Steve Weaver, who previously held the some role at Huddersfield. He played for the Terrier's under-18s and under-23s during 2017/18 but left them shortly before joining City.
Thomas signed a new one year deal with City on 20th February 2019.
Injuries saw Thomas called up to the bench for Norwich's Premier League clash with Arsenal on 1st July 2020 and the following clashes with Watford (7th July) and Chelsea (14th July), He finally made his first team debut as a 90th minute substitute in the 5-0 defeat to Manchester City on the last day of the 2019/20 season.
On 2nd September 2020 Jordan joined Leyton Orient on a season-long loan."Jordan's an exciting young prospect," said head coach Ross Embleton. "He's a player we've been tracking for a while. We feel we've signed a player with huge potential." However he made just two appearances for Orient.
He was one of seven players released by the Canaries on 27th May 2021. On 3rd July 2021 he signed for Harry Kewell's Barnet along with former Academy teammate Mason Bloomfield.
He moved on to Hampton and Richmond Borough in March 2023. He signed a two year contract with Yeovil Town on 13th June 2024.
